Throwing money on the audience to get them to like you...pathetic....when the audience throws money on you, then you're somebody...

While i normally disagree with most everything Jesse says, I'm with him on this one. It's pathetic that someone has to brag about doing 9 years in the penitentiary to sell records. He's not judging the guy for doing time, only that he has to brag about it. Doing hard time like that is nothing to be proud of.

    Yep..agreed...its rewarding the thug mentality.

I am sure Michael Vick won't be using his jail time as a marketing tool to get back into the NFL...

    Common sense.

I normally support players, think they should have a life, think its silly how people make a big deal about drunk pictures, don't think marijuana should be tested in the NFL....

But Pacman was a Titan, and his "make it rain" incident is now infamous. Common sense should tell VY maybe I shouldn't throw dollars out over the audience.

The fact he can't even think that through, equals more doubt for me. And he's on stage with Nelly celebrating a 9-year prison release and promoting a record so the felon can make mad loot! :shake:

He's free to do whatever he wants on his off days as long as he stays out of trouble. He's still only 25 or 26? ......However, IMO, this is extremely poor judgment on his part.

I'm noticing a lot of negative posts about this event Vince was a part of as well as multiple threads on it. Now, I cant be sure if its because Titans fans has a certain persona about them or if Vince may in fact be an idiot. I'd like to think Vince is a good guy (so would Jeff Fisher) and seeing this kind of footage doesn't necessarily make me look down on the guy, but it defiantly cant be helping his image. Sure Nelly is a fun entertainer will a football background, but for some reason (posters on here) don't like Vince having fun with Nelly. Who did Nelly shoot? Why is it a big deal for VY to be chilling with a rapper. Do some of you Titans fan hold a grudge with Nelly being from St. Louis? I'm over the whole 1-yard short Super Bowl deal. Yea, dropping $32 on some hood rats was funny, but hes just making something of the event he found himself at. I like VY far more than I like Ray Lewis (who we know is a thug) so I say "hell yea Vince, make it rain on them hizoes"!

I can't make myself anymore clear. I've been a strong Vince Young supporter on this message board.

It's poor judgement and a total lack of common sense to "make it rain" at a Nelly concert moments before he is celebrating a 9-year prison release of a friend/family member. It gives me more of a negative opinion of VY than I had before.

And I'll never fully get over Superbowl 34.
