Graham Harrell still unsigned

Still it is strange not one single NFL team didn't at least bring him in for camp. I thought the kid was super accurate and had nerves of steel.

 

BJ symons anyone? Cody hodges?

The only difference between those guys and harrell is that harrell had a better team around him. Better o-line and michael crabtree.

Symons had a 48 TD season there and completed 64.4% of his passes. Hodges completed about 66% of his passes in his career there.

The bears gave symons a shot and the titans hodges and neither player came close to doing anything on the field.

Every QB completes about 2/3 of his passes in that system.

Have to hand it to a coach who can develop a system that allows ordinary talent to produce like that.

 

I can think of a few reasons to not bring in Harrell. I'm not sure I can think of one reason to bring in Alex Mortensen. Go figure.

 

Don't forget Kliff Kingsbury as well.

 

And where is Timmy Chang right now?

Here's all I'm going to say. He couldn't make it as the #3 QB for the Cleveland Browns. Nothing more needs to be said.

Upgrade the o-line a bit and add an all american WR and you have?

Kingsbury won the sammy baugh trophy as the top QB in the nation in 2002..

 

What are you talking about? Timmy Chang was an example of what Graham Harrell is NOT. They're both system QB's but Harrell was much more highly regarded.

 

the nfl doesnt run the spread. so why would any team bring him in???
