terrell davis was a two year starter at UGA, it's not like he was a backup throughout his career.

Davis in his 3 best seasons in college rushed for less yardage than ringer had this past year. Davis never had a thousand yard season and was a long beach state transfer to georgia.

His last season there he had 445 yards and had a hamstring injury.

Nobody thought he was a real nfl prospect in that draft.

Early in this draft process ringer was ranked on many boards ahead of donald brown.

Whatever the reason or reasons teams became less impressed with him as we got closer to the draft. I'm glad we took a shot at him but he may not be any better than rafael little or ganther. We'll see.

The cowboys may have gotten the steal of the draft when they drafted the all big east CB mickens in the 7th rd. Great blue north thought so much of that guy they had him ranked 3rd among all CBs. Personally i would rather we too mickens than ringer but i'm not bashing the pick.

I bet they tag and trade him if he really does do well. There's no sense in signing him longterm with CJ around.

I agree 100%. If he performs in a stellar way, then we'll consider keeping him. But if he's average or slightly above average, he can hit the road jack.

The better he plays the less chance we will keep him because his market value will be too high. We can't pay a #2 RB $5M no matter how good he plays.

If lendale can get 840 yards and 11 TDs that will mean over a 3 year stretch he averaged 900 yards and 11 TDs a year.

That has to be worth something in the market place above the typical backup pay.

His contract expires at the end of this season, he won't be a Titan anymore unless we resign him. Soooo, no. No we cant

    Lendale White Career Stats
    2,100 yards; 3.8 YPC
22 TD (average of 7 per season)
    6 Fumbles

A bust man? Really? Gimmie a break dude. Any great running back wouldn't be very good without a good OLine in front of him, you got no reason to hate on Lendale. Eddie George never scored 15 TDs in a season in his entire career, and he was coached by the same guy. Lendale's got skill, just no flash
