I think Britt will be a starter by Week 4, if not sooner, and will be a big contributor. He definitely has all the physical tools to be a dominant receiver and seems like he is motivated to learn the playbook and get out on the field. One of his biggest contributions will probably be his blocking early on, as he will probably be the best blocker of our receivers. I hope Vince steps it up and establishes himself as our QB of the future, because with him, CJ, Britt, our O-line, and maybe even Cook, our offense will be good for a while. And our defense should continue to be great, as usual, even without Al.

Britt is going to much different than most young WRs we have had in the past. First of all he is a 1st round pick so just like with Calico, who was only a late 2nd rounder and much more raw, they will do what they can to give him plenty of playing time. The thing is Britt is going to respond and will continue to get more and more reps. By years end he will be a solid starter IMO.

I expect a Dewayne Bowe type rookie season. 50+ receptions. IMO Britt will exceed all expectations.

I think Jeff doesnt let Britt start until after our bye week. He will contribute in some 3WR sets until then though I would say. I dont think Vince will step up at all this year, Fish is paying KC to be our QB and if Vince isnt good enough to be our starting QB next summer he's outta here imo. Our defence will only tcontinue to contribute if KVB and Bulluck are resigned. Without them our front 7 will look rather pedestrian in my view.

What is the old saying, hope for the best but expect the worst. I not saying anything bad about Britt, but you never know if he will be ready or not. I will say this though, I have seen this kid play quite a few time over the last 3 years and he was a great WR at the college level. If he can carry that over to the NFL, then we got a very good WR on our hands. I say best case scenario he has 45 catches for 650 yards and 4 or 5 TD's. Worst case scenario and is not ready to start or does not have the play book down, 30 catches for 400 to 450 yards and 2 TD's.

If Britt doesn't make a decent contribution by the end of the season I'll be really disappointed. First of all there is no way he doesn't play significant plays even as our 3rd WR. Brandon Jones had 41 catches for 450 yards and I expect at least that amount.

It is also doubtful Gage and Washington are 100% for the whole season. At some point Britt is going to step in and contribute and I think it will be big time.

The first 5 games of the season or so will really tell us where he sits. If Collins trusts him as an outlet I could see him blowing up. If he runs poor routes and drops balls he will get buried in the depth chart. Catching is the WR responsibility but trust that they will is the QBs.

I doubt that he will run poor routes. He was an excellent route runner in college, but he did have some problems with catching sometimes. And that is what could hurt him the most.

Britt is the best WR in this draft. he will be better than gage from week 1.

I wouldn't say that because Gage has proven himself if he stays healthy all year he can put up big numbers, although I expect Britt to have a good season I don't look for him to be our top receiver for a few years, he has alot to learn and work on.
