    The current rumour is it is about Raiden - probably between MGS2 and MGS4 - based on an image Hideo Kojima put up during his keynote speech at GDC.

    Also, as expected, rumours have it as a PS3 exclusive

    Yes, not sure if he is heading it up or over-seeing it. I don't think his ego would let someone else do it.
