I highly doubt that he will still be around by the time we get on the clock. He reminds me of Devin Hester. He has wheels, plays CB and has the ability to play WR as well. Hester to a lesser extent.

OKAY, let me give you some statistics.. 27th pass offense..our top 2 recievers are a RB and a TE. our QB's rating is 23rd in the league when only MANAGING the game, with the best pass blocking offensive line in the NFL...

When is the last time we have had a pro bowl or 1,000 yard reciever?? derrick mason maybe, not sure. but are you kidding me??? Enough said.

    WR. damnit wake up.

Exactly! If we don't get a quality receiver then our passing game will continue to me mediocre. We need receivers!

As much as I agree...who here was completely upset when we took Johnson and Jones instead of either the kid from Michigan State or Limas Sweed. I think it is one thing to say we absolutely need a certain position upgraded, and it is completely different when you say the team needs to be upgraded. Again, after last year, I just have to sit back and trust the organizations evaluations of the players.

I wasn't completely upset because last year's WR class was not very strong at all. Not like this years.

Jerry peria DT from ole miss.

We are going to lose AH. I can't imagine he won't test the market because he thinks he can get an astonomical amount of money as a Fa and he is right. Time to move on.

Somebody mentioned peria as a rd 3 guy. No most online sites have him in the top 30. If he is there we take him.

In the first post ubiq mentions DEs. Huh? KVB-kearse-hayes-ford. Do we need a DE?

Marks the DT from auburn is a possibility and what about dj moore the vandy CB?

There may be a damn good interior o-linemen on the board. G duke robinson or C max unger would not be bad picks.

I still think we need to try real hard to keep AH and grab the best playmaker for the offense we can. Even if we do loose AH we aren't completely bare at DT. We still have Jason Jones who we picked in the 2nd round last year and Vickerson. Unless a DT in the first round is a huge upgrade to those guys I would rather look for value later.

If a playmaker on offense isn't available that is worthy of our pick CB is definately a solid option. We could lose Fuller so even if the rookie doesn't start right away on the outside he can step in as the NB. Harper could always move to NB as well for a season.

I believe we could always use an upgrade. IMO, DE is the most important position on the defense and we could use another stud.

CB is the most glaring need outside WR. But, we're in a position to go BPA, and if one of the beast DEs fall, then we should take him. The CB crop this year is deep enough to where we could possibly hold off until the 2nd round.

Alex Mack is light-years ahead of Max Unger. I wouldn't mind taking him and moving Harris to LG. See ya, Amano.
