AFC Divisional Playoff (Ravens @ Titans) Game Thread

Mental mistakes too. 3 personal fouls and 2 turnovers and 2 botched snaps. Killing ourselves.

 

Eerily similar to the 2000 game. Dominating in the stats category, but turnovers is killing the theam.

 

They have to rush at least 6 to get a big rush. I hope we are prepared for that and can get a big play from it.

 

I'm still scratching my head about the Mason TD... I mean, this a possession receiver that only caught 5 TDs the whole season. I just don't get it.

 

OK, just have to settle down a bit... but there's a lot to like about that half. They don't appear to have an answer for CJ, Gage is eating them up. With the exception of the INT Collins is really throwing well.

Fisher just needs to reign them in a bit at the half. Too many penalties. Offense needs to settle down - Harris is playing well in the run game, but is skittish in pass coverage. We get the ball at the half - another long drive will start to wear on the Ravens. It's all about the 4th Q.

 

The Ravens defense will be tired, so we have at least that going for us.

 

The Titans are actually really dominating in every facet of the game, but it's the personal fouls and mental errors that are causing their own undoing. They better come out in the second half with that same aggressive mentality and limit the mistakes.

 

we have 13 penalties we had 21 last time.

 

Ravens are loving the 7-7 score , right where they want it to be. they know they are tired but they need us to help them and so far it's working.

 

Fisher HAS to have these guys focused in the second half. Have everyone, especially Harris, settle down (Harris has been very good in the run game, but is having trouble with pass situations). Like someone said, there's a lot to like so far; besides some miscues, the offense looks fantastic out there, while the defense looks okay (with a few lapses with Harper/Hope).
