Why is this not the late CBS game?

    Our game against Pitt is the noon game. Why didn't CBS elect to air Pit-Ten at 3pm instead?

    CBS has only single coverage this week. FOX has the double header. Areas that get a CBS late game get a FOX early game. There is not a CBS double header this week, otherwise, the game would likely be moved. The Tennessee/Pittsburgh game has the widest distribution of any CBS broadcast this weekend.

    and if you are wondering why it's not on NFLN tonight it's because it was protected by CBS for broadcast Sunday. CBS gave them the Ravens/Cowboys instead.

    The Steelers have been playing at 4:00pm and later ALL year. It's about time they got to finish a game before the sun goes down.

    Im o.k. with it being at noon, i dont want to have to watch all the other whack teams play before i see the boys n blue take the field. and it takes off some pressure knowin not all of america is watchin your game.

    Actually, a great deal of America will be watching this game. Most of the heart of America from N. Dakota to the Carolinas including the Mid Atlantic region is getting a choice of the Steelers at Titans on CBS or the Cardinals at Patriots on FOX. I think most people given the choice between those games more would choose the CBS game.

    This is the late game Fox will bring to most of the country while Skiing will be broadcast on CBS.
    Looks like a pretty good one!
