SUMMARY: The Tennessee Titans head to Reliant Stadium on Sunday to take on the hot Houston Texans. The Titans have already wrapped up the AFC South Division Championship and hold a two-game lead over Pittsburgh (10-3) in the race for home-field advantage in the AFC with three remaining. The Texans have won three in-a-row and are looking to keep their momentum going towards the franchise's first winning season. You can bet they would take great joy in helping to spoil the Titans home-field advantage.

More important than anything is avoiding injuries.

The Titans have been fairly lucky this season with injuries. Let's hope that continues.

I'd like another double 100 yard rushing game... I believe only 1 other team has had 3 games where 2 runners have gone over 100 in the same season. Lendale had it for a minute last week, and I'd like to see them do it again.

That would also mean we'd have something like 700+ yards rushing over the past 3 games. That's a stat you'd like to see going into the playoffs.

totally off this subject but has anyone heard about Haynesworths contract??? we really need to resign him and now would be a great time for us to get him to ink up.. if we wait untill free agency starts we will be bidding against 31 other teams and franchising him again will really make him mad and then who knows what can happen... Titans do the smart thing and ink him right now!!!

They can't start anything until the end of the regular season.

But I would shocked if he doesn't test the market.

  7. The roof at Reliant is open this season pending repairs. Note that a very windy afternoon is predicted for Sunday with the high in the seventies; no rain expected.

I don't think it will be that much of a factor inside the stadium though. Even with the roof open, the stadium is still fairly closed in.

If you're field level, it's not so bad. If your stuck way up there in one of the corners, you may need to take a valium.

Here's to an injury free good game. :toast:
