I don't wanna pay 5 years in a row of direct Tv or sign a new contract just for Sunday Ticket to watch Titans games. R they anyway to watch local Tennessee CBS over the internet?

I'm with you. I hated Directv when I had it even though their channel packages are better - if the Titans are ever playing in rainy/windy conditions, I'll never see the game unless it's an away.

Anyway - typically there are streaming sites around the net, and links become available around air-time/day before.

There was an occasional streamer among the forumites here, but he got banned. I hope someone steps up and fills his shoes this year....

i guess it has to do with your location, but i had a pretty strong signal during the hurricanes we had in jacksonville a few years ago....

Wow. Yeah, possibly. Any time it'd sprinkle or the wind blew hard the screen would make a high pitched screetching noise and become distorted/pixelated. It sucked. Then, it got to the point where there was no signal at all.
So I got them out here to fix it. Few weeks later had the same problem.

I know a lot of people that are happy with Directv, but they sucked for me.

I live in NY and can't get DirecTV (not a lot of good views of the southern sky in Manhattan). Since the NFL has decided that I'm therefore not worthy of watching the football of my choice, I've been watching the games on streamtvnow.com. It was a little confusing to get set up at first and I think they try not to make it too obvious to avoid getting shut down. The quality is pretty good usually - maybe 1 or 2 games would get network interruptions. I blow the video up full screen - you definitely miss the detail compared to the actual TV broadcast but it's surprisingly good for an internet stream (seen youtube vids with worse resolution). It's all dependent on other people broadcasting the stream so you're not guaranteed anything, but it's pretty cheap (I think I paid maybe $10-$20 for the season). It was worth that to me. There is a free site streamnfl.blogspot.com, but I often couldn't get the Titans games there.

I still listen to the radio online too (there you go Commish - I pay for your FieldPass, and I'd pay for the games on Cable if you'd let me), and follow along on the GameCenter online. Between the TV, radio and nfl.com it's a decent way to watch when you have no other options. Used to go to sports bars, but man that gets expensive over a season and I make better food at home.

Usually local restaurant/bars have any game you want, I go to Show-Me's which is an imitation Midwest Hooters. A lot of bars pay to get Sunday Ticket, and I think every buffalo Wild Wings does.
