Young Closes OTAs With Good Session

Part of the problem for Vince's numbers over 21 yards was when those passes came in the game. Chow rarely tested defenses deep unless we were playing from behind which is not a time when passing deep is going to be very effective. It sounds like Dinger is going to be more willing to take shots downfield which should help. Of course, having a Randy Moss type WR to throw too would help also. Hopefully we'll find at least one decent deep threat among our WR's this season.

 

Manning is on that list, and still sucks. Superbowl or not. Roethlisberger has a ring also. But the difference between Vince and Ben? Accuracy. Though it's not a huge difference.

 

IIRC, that's about 8 passes or so shy of the average. I can think of that many drops, and 3 or 4 of them came in that Denver game last year. Not all his fault.

 

accuracy is a HUGE difference!

 

The Titans aren't the only team that has drops in the NFL. In fact, I don't even think we're among the leaders.
