if that employee has to deal with your customers everyday and causes problem then you are only hurting your business by keeping him.

Wow. Simply amazing. How anyone thinks we should keep this thug is beyond me. He has screwed his team, the city and the fans over and over, yet some keep wanting to take it. Luckily those are in the vast minority.

so if Pacman was on the field next year our customers would not come to the game?

and when he takes it to the house they wont cheer?

here is the problem, we have already invested a ton of money on the guy, been through the embarrassment, had the bad press, now its time for him to come back and we just cut ties for a 4th rounder? how about this, i am going to train an employee, he is my most productive employee, then he gets a DUI and i am going to pay for his AA classes, when he is ready to come back work I fire him and hire a inexperienced, fresh out of school kid, that i really have no idea if he can provide anything to my company but i sure as hell know he cant provide what my former employee did

also since I manage my employees I know who to put in front of a customer and who not to....Vince Young does the interviews, Pacman goes to the locker room after a couple picks and a punt return TD.....sounds to familiar

Like I've always said about "off the field issues"...

Nobody cares what "character issues" the guy at McDonalds has, as long as he does his job. Why are NFL players any different?

because that players actions of the field will most likely change the way people view the overall franchise and the league, thus giving negative vibes to the youth of america and all that stuff.

How many chances would the guy at McDonald's be given?

If Pac was a 3rd team CB and special teamer scrub, would you care about keeping him?

I never heard a kid say "Daddy, I want to be the guy flipping the hamburgers when I grow up..."

you are misunderstanding me.....its not about keeping him, its about getting equal value or better for him....unless there is no equal value, a 4th round pick is simply laughable, then why would you cut him lose?

would you say we are winners in this trade? NO
