#19 pick or no, get him in camp and see what works best for the team and the rookie.

why set the future in concrete before the acid test training camp provides?

He's a FS and a great one why change that. He will be a monster for us this year at FS helping both or Passing D and Run D.

Fisher don't fix him if he aint broke. Lamont sucks.........even though you may love him he needs cut.

I think their plan with Griffin is gonna work out fine. If Finnigan and Hill both suck then Griffin will play at corner for a year or 10 games (whichever) until Pac comes back and Griffin goes back to safety. I think Scott will be starting if Griffin is at corner and Lamount will definitely be cut after camp (along with Nickey).

i hope it is free saftey, today someone in my biology class tried to tell me he heard from some article the titans wasted a 1st round pick, because they already had one of the top saftey cores in the league, i dropped down laughing, almost pee peed in my pants...

I know you have insight and all, EM, and you're probably right to a degree...but I think LT exceeded that degree with Fisher last year. If that ish starts all over again this year, it will be a revolt. The lockerroom will rumble if LT is the same as before, and Keith will lead the way.

On the interview today with Griffin he indicated Fisher told him on Sunday that he would start out working at corner.

I was very impressed with the guy after the interview...he was confident and really fun to listen to.

And just because he starts at corner does not mean LT will stick at safety.

I think Griffin will be started off on the outside in order to improve his man coverage skills. This is what the coaches consider: if Griffin were put on the field as a corner, he will make up for Pac's physicality. He would instantly be the best run-supporting corner on the field. I think he has the short-area quickness to play the nickle. For those of you who really consider that a demotion, it's not. And if, as a rookie, he's playing the nickle all the time and on all special teams and is a difference-maker, so what? We have a few other guys who might be a little ahead of him in the system.

Put a S at S when you spend a 1st round pick on him. If you wanted a CB you should have drafted Aaron Ross.

Uhhhhhh..........I don't understand our FO anymore I'm starting to get pissed.
