Julius Jones anyone?? He's now being shopped

I agree the difference between Brown and Jones is not worth a 3rd round pick.

 

Just keep the third and draft Kenny Irons. Irons is a great back who can also catch. Has great speed and maybe we can also draft his brother. David Irons a CB.

 

yeah. if they're shopping him, it's for a reason. why waste a good pick on someone whose own team doesn't want him.I would only trade a 4th round pick for him. If they want a 3rd rnd pick, let them keep him.

 

Grab him no question asked.The only two things we should be thinking about drafting this year is WR's and players on the Defensive side of the ball and thats it. We don't need to waste a pick on a running back considering we don't even know how its going to turn out.At least with Jones you know hes young,explosive player, and going to give you very close to 1000 yards on the ground.With him rotating with White your always going to have a fresh pair of legs in their.You know the titans were late with Mcgahee so i'm sure their finger will be very close to the trigger on this one..

 

Agree if we get Jones he can help out White and Young.

I've played against JJ before and I don't like the kid! He's a great player but has a very poor attitude. I would not like to see him a Titan! This team doesn't need another thug!

 

I like him as a player. His skill set would be a good compliment to Lendale. A 3rd may be too much, considering our needs.

I'd give a 4th for Jones, but no more. No way a third. He is so fast, and I love that about him, buuut, he is striking me as very injury prone, and of the two, his brother Thomas is much more serious and well-put together at this point in their lives. Hopefully Julius gets it together better the same way Thomas has it.

You know, if we are considering Booker seriously, we'd have to think about where we can draft him. I think we'd have to take him in the third round, so if we could get JJ for a 4th, I would seriously do it. I would even approach it this way: a 4th that could turn into a 3rd with playing time and other escalators.
