I have a feeling in a few years when San Francisco and Baltimore are performing mass cleanouts we will all appreciate the fact that Mike didn't throw obscene money to every tom dick and harry

 

Last year we have a lot of lucky wins, personally I don't think we will break 8 wins again.

losing Bennett and Wade is no reason to panic. Losing Henry upsets me but there are a few guys out there that could kind of fill in.

I agree with that. That is his mindset right now. He doesn't really care what team he is a part of. He cares about being paid what he thinks his value is, which was something around $18M guaranteed. If he didn't sign with the Pats, who, to most FAs, always seem to have a good chance of winning a SB, then that is clearly not his top priority.
