Well, I doubt he actually sent it. And yes that wasn't the smartest thing for Merriman to say, however there's a vast difference between poking fun at your opponent like that, and then mocking them by imitating them right after the victory.

It's funny how so many people chewed out TO for spiking the ball on the Dallas Star, but apparently it's ok for the Patriots to mock Merriman and the Chargers.....

    Edit:
I wonder how they'll react if Pacman mock the Ray Lewis dance when we beat them next time we play.

We played Indy tought this year, and I bet we will handle them next year too. My hatred for the Colts has sort of dwindled recently. Peyton gets bashed more and more about how he can't win the 'big game'. I actually am starting to feel a tad sorry for the guy, I don't despise him as much as I used to. As a person he's a good guy, yes his audiblizing at the line is TOTALLY ANNOYING...but if you compare him with Brady and how he acts... IMO BIG DIFFERENCE. Brady has become a total jerk, he talks down to other people/players, looks like all this praise has really gotten to his head.

I couldn't possibly see how any Titans fan could actually like Brady, especially after the last game they played us and how they called us 'Low-Class' in as many words.

Then you have Belicheck (the poor sport) who needs to buy a new wardrobe, the guy dresses like a slob (I think he cut those sleeves off that sweatshirt with a pair of scissors), surprised the NFL doesn't enforce a dress code for coaches.

In any event, we will be hearing about how GREAT the Pats are for the next 20 years if they make it to, and win yet ANOTHER Superbowl... NO THANKS

And as far which NFC team to route for if you hate the Pats...you have to route for the Saints. The Bears would get killed by the Patriots if they both made it. That would almost guarantee a blow out, a boring game.

Colts all the way  :) .

Don't forget Belichickadee holding onto Marvin Harrison on the sidelines a couple years back to keep him from getting back on the field :grrr: . I have snot with more class than BB....and it dresses better :moon2: !

The problem with the PATS is that they come to your stadium and try to push you around with their arrogance and their superbowl rings and they expect you to lay down and take it... BUT when you don't take it then your the A**hole for not letting them have their way. Point in case was our game vs. them 1. Mawae gets into a tussel with Seymore and he is made out to be the trouble maker. 2. Wade or Roby (?) makes a perfectly legal block on Harrison and the media views it as a cheapshot. 3. Bringing in your 3rd string QB to throw for a TD pass when you are already up and the game is out of reach, yet that is a classy thing to do.

THERE is no reason to respect the Gaytriots. They are good, but they are NOT about being classy people.

Yeah and the fact that Belidick dresses likes a Hobo does add to the pissed off factor.

Be interesting to see how good the Pats would be without Brady. Kinda gives a team an edge when they pick up a true franchise QB in the 6th round.

They would probably do fine. IMO Brady's success is partially, the teams amazing luck, and being in a system where it's almost impossible to fail when you're a QB. The defense has carried this team for years now. Brady does enough just to get by. Their wins in playoffs/superbowls have been won by the slimest of margins. What I don't get is that Brady has consistently and often thrown sideline passes, staying away from the middle, and teams see this in films yet they give them the outside passes. When he throws across the middle he get's picked. BRADY IS WAY OVERHYPED THIS YEAR ..sorry. The guy has pretty much sucked all year.

Here's to the Pats getting knocked out today! :beer2:
