Which would you rather? Mularkey/Playoffs

@Two Kings see, most people want to lose

 

While that's true in a way, it's not that most WANT to see their team lose. We just understand that this team will not move forward with this staff. The best way to get rid of them is for this season to crash and burn after an 8-4 start against some of the worst teams I've seen, due to injuries.

 

I love my titans, I would rather see us lose and have MM fired. Last year was the year MM was going to get fired but we went on a great run to close out the season. We hoped that winning streak would carry over but it didn't. We have to beat sub par teams and compete with top notch teams. We have not done that consistently. We must move on from MM.

 

whoever wants to win out is cool with being the new Cincinnati Bengals

 

Losing out is in our best long term interest

 

Really, I just want to see a change in the coaching. As much as I'd like to make the playoffs, making the playoffs doesn't mean much to me if it's a facade. Like - two injured QBs, terrible division, finish 8-8 and still back our way in on a 4 game losing skid. But we obviously need a big time coaching change.

 

Everyone knows Robiski needs to go. I could see them firing Robiski and getting a new OC.

However, I don't believe that we will get an OC worth a damn who would come here unless promised a chance at the HC gig if Mularkey fails.

That may be Mularkeys undoing. Players are starting to turn. They know they are better than this.

If they keep the staff going into next season, all hell will break lose.

 

Is this common among Coordinators? I've never heard of a coordinator accepting a job on the condition of "a shot at HC" when the current HC is fired.

I suppose an interview is "a shot" and I don't care who the coordinator is, go ahead an interview him, just don't hire him without interviewing anyone else.

 

I really don't know. Good point. It was an assumption. There really may not be a way to bring in an attractive coordinator without getting rid of Mularkey.

 

Can them all....this staff is ruining the young talent we do have
