Post-Game Thread Cards 12, Titans 7

I'm watching some replays of our WR routes, its terrible. Long developing routes crossing or developing breaks 10 to 15 yards into the pattern. This offense is just not a passing game at all. If we cannot run we have no hope at all. Their pass rush up the middle was crazy, really giving us no time to pass. Ben has been playing like garbage lately. No quick 2 minute offense to drive the ball down the field because these plays take so long, its very alarming how Robiskie is employed.

 

Has no draft benefit really.

But if it gets rid of this staff, it’s the best thing for the team going forward.

I’m not saying do it on purpose mind you. I don’t think it matters anyway. This team is done.

 

It's not about draft position. It's about that's what it would probably take for the coaching change that needs to happen, happen. I don't see them purposely doing anything, this staff has set them up to fail all season.

 

I like how everyone is ignoring that if Matthews doesn’t run the wrong route, we put the game away early in the 4th quarter. There is plenty of blame to go around in this one, not just on Mariota.

 

It won't get us anything. Mularkey is hanging around for next year and everyone needs to get used to that.

Hopefully at a minimum, he sees that his OC NEEDS replaced and the DC is often questionable.

 

Actually scared going against the 49ers. They'e had some close games and have beaten the texans.

After watching tonight I can see it.

 

This is true, if he broke it inside could have scored but no idea why he ran that route

 

We have to hear this garbage every week from Mularkey. He just doesn't want to admit that he's responsible for a QB looking less prepared for the NFL in year 3 than he was when selected #2 coming out of college.

 

Completely agree. But Marcus has to see that before he throws that ball.

 

All in all, we left 9 points on the board and gifted the Cardinals another 3 points. 6 of those 12 total points are on Mularkey, 3 are on Matthews, and the other 3 are on Mariota. That’s inexcusable and we’re not good enough to win most of the time when that happens.
