Happens at a higher percentage when the QB is forced to throw it... and the defense knows it.

Preview of Titans next game will mention something about our running attack being a problem.

Madden Rookie mode defenses are more difficult to read than our coverage was last night.

Yes, by that logic if you're throwing into triple coverage there is someone else open. INTs are the result of poor decision making in every one of his 4 from last night. Or a flat out Flota for his 1st.

If consistently good defenses are in the SB but not always a good QB then it must mean defenses win championships not good QBs. But a good defense can certainly be a by product of good defense.

To be clear, I rated this BS because you call the stat you brought up stupid.
For whatever reason you think yardage given up is better than points given up. Not that I even want to start that argument but you are entirely the person that brought up points (not yards) given up to make your point which oddly enough backed up the point you were actually arguing against.

If that doesn't define a BS post, I don't know what does. It's not just because "we disagree".

So you changed your argument here to yards given up by the defense, however this was your post just 2 pages ago:

    Then you posted this:

Just wanna make sure anyone following allow is gettin the full picture of your possible bi-polar posts.

Again, that wasnt an argument that was me pointing out that even if you only maange to give up 15.1 ppg, doesnt make you an historic defense.

Do you know the difference between the defenses of 2015 Broncos, 00 Ravens, or even the 1985 Bears vs a good 2011 Ravens D & NE 2001 D?

I want to make sure I have this straight.
You are arguing that if you have a historic defense you can win the SB with a less than top 5 QB but if you don't have a historic defense, you need a top 5 QB?

Can you clarify here? The 2011 ravens and 2001 patriots didn't have a top 5 QB or a "historic" defense but won.

    The 2015 broncos had 296 points against. The 2011 ravens-266. The 01 patriots had 272. The 00' Ravens -165 and the 85 bears-198.
The 01 bears-203 and the 01 steelers-212, eagles- 208. Why are they not in your historic list?
In 2000 the Titans also beat the "historic" bears with 191.

So after all that, I guess you do need to point out the difference between the 01' Patriots and 15' broncos. It's clearly not points given up.
