I'm not just concerned about this game, it's the entire season. If he has anything less than a clean pocket, he freaks out. He can't evade pressure. And, he consistently been off on his passes.

 

The Ravens had a decent QB and were really good at everything else. You can have sustained success without an elite qb, but it’s really hard and likewise really rare.

I’m not sure what you’re arguing with the Broncos. They had a decent run, but they had an elite qb for all but one year of that run.

FWIW, Bell and Brown are usually the two top salary guys at their positions on DraftKings week to week. Pitt has SB qb and top RB and WR in league... if you are going off of fantasy production/weekly expectations --- definitely two of the hottest players in the league too

We gambled 1 on 1 cov with Brown and got burned. If you give the corner help, Bell bleeds you dry. Atleast that was the case in the 4th quarter.

Not much you can do when defense is gassed, offense /special teams has left 10 pts on the field with FG block and wide open drops in the end zone (Walker)

 

When I said he is playing scared this year, people ranked my comments as “bull****” dude is panicking like hes gonna take a huge hit in the knees again or something. He still hasnt gotten over his fear for that injury he had last season. Hopefully a healthy offseason will do him good.

 

So from 03 to 08 they had top 10 avg defense. those were bruschi years, you had seymour out there too

There defense isn't near that good nowadays - they just win in diffierent ways

First.....you won't find a bigger Mariota fan than me. But I am realistic (and sane) enough to say that he had a bad game and you can't blame it all on coaching and schemes.

Second.....you can't just pick the parts you want. It is a full game and no one can run play action on every play.

Your need to blame coaching for everything has you reaching.
