Its just disappointing, Dudd is what he is. At least equally disappointing is Autism Johnson, but he's just here to be Da'Quan's replacement next year. He's lucky he has a year.

Noah Spence sure would look good coming off the edge when Rak/DMorgan are getting a breather...

 

He deserves criticism being based one what? Being an underwhelming rookie and a few preseason games? You clearly aren't one capable of making sound judgments when it comes to these things.

And I don't really care about people's dissatisfaction with Dodd. It hasn't looked pretty. It's just the fact that complaining about the weaknesses we have seem to be what many on this forum live for.

Nevermind that we've had at least a dozen additions in the past year and a half who have either become solid starters or are trending that way, we have already shored up some major weaknesses we had prior to the Robinson regime and have given our young QB a situation in which to thrive, tripled the win total last year, have made the team relevant on the national level again. It's just constant bitching about a second round pick in a weak draft, predicting the failure of our most recent FA acquisitions, etc. etc.

A passive comment about expecting Dodd to show more amidst a bunch of praise is the way an intelligent, knowledgeable, mature fanbase would express their disappointment. But a fanbase which includes JWill1919 is immediately disqualified from such consideration.

There is a difference between noticing that a draft pick has been underwhelming vs. complaining about him every single time an opportunity presents itself. It just makes many of you come across as losers who enjoy being down and complaining. It certainly isn't because you have come to expect great results from the franchise that you are a "fan" of. You are just incessant whiners and perpetual losers.

 

Dodd can't even get a sack against back ups.....

We will see what he can do 4th preseason games when zero starters play. Surely our 33rd pick can get a sack then.

He really might get cut anyway. Plenty of young guys behind him playing better.

He needs to hope he can get placed on the PUP again.

 

Quote me complaining about dodd. you're the only one I see whining, if dodd played within 4 rounds of his expected value people might not be so critical. Up until now dodd has been a busted draft pick, and he hasn't shown anything to suggest otherwise. Maybe someday he'll live up to his draft position.
