Yea last year I called DirecTV about lower my bill and the agent told me it was best to drop them and get Time Warner if I wanted my bill lowered. When I called back to cancel a different agent asked me why and I told him what happened. I even told them you record the phone calls so go back and listen if you don't believe me. He came back and was mad that one of there agents would even say that and knocked 70 bucks off my bill for a year if I would stay.

My only concern is AMC. Only ways I can find to stream it is SlingTV or the AMC website. But still need to sign in with your provider.

That dude got fired, I'm sure. lol I worked as a phone agent for them for awhile, they're actually EXTREMELY strict (well, they farm out to a 3rd party call center and are over 75% of the traffic through that center, so that center is extremely strict out of fear of losing them and going bankrupt). They have a TON of advanced matrix that you get graded on, including 4 major ones that you must have a passing grade on.

One of the major ones is "callbacks". If you speak to a customer, you should solve all of their problems ... so, if a customer calls back to customer service within 1 week (at one point that had it set to 2 weeks) after speaking to you (even if it's a different problem that wasn't discussed on your call), then you get a bad mark. You have to keep your callbacks less than 15%.

So, if an agent is rude or unhelpful, the best course of action is simply to hang up and call back. They will get bad marks on the matrix for solving your issue and for excessive callbacks, and you'll find someone that is capable of helping. lol

Yea, I'm surprised they didn't include AMC in there, just for TWD. But Hulu is owned by Disney, 21st Century Fox, Comcast and Time Warner and they basically just included all of their own channels, and nobody else. lol

From what I heard from friends that have tried all of the steaming TV services. You might want to go with the PlayStation TV. They have liked it the best and the DVR service is good.

I've been using Playstation Vue and I love it.

Only problem is they don't have access to ABC/NBC/FOX Live, nor CBS which isn't part of any package. CBS can be fixed with a subscription to CBS all access. For the others, I am going to try and buy an antennae and see how it goes. Hoping that eventually Nashville will be added to Vue for live viewing of ABC/NBC/Fox. Don't care about any of their shows expect live sports and local news, but all regular shows are available on demand.

Can it be accessed without PlayStation?

Yes. If you have something like the amazon firestick or box. I think there are several other options as well.

IMO, PS Vue is the best available streaming service. The only knock is they do not have History and A&E channels yet. Other than that they have fantastic prices, good channels, and DVR (which is missing on almost all other streaming services).
