He's fast but heavily relies on his burst. At least from what I saw on the clips. I'm hoping he gets some good coaching and demonstrates a bit better vision for us.

In the seventh, going for someone with freakish speed isn't unusual. The Titans did it with Cortland Finnegan a few years back. As they say, you can't coach speed.

The Titans need a change of pace RB. Little risk taken with potential big reward.

He could run in a straight line and average 5 yards a return more than mariani

It's against all logic that a 175 pound back would break as many tackles as he does and drag defenders, but he seems to do it consistently. I hope that he makes the roster as the #3 RB.

He isn't the scat back guys of his stature typically are, more of an undersized traditional North/South runner with burst, speed, and guts. He can find daylight when it's there to be had, which would make him great on screen plays and as a kick returner.

Despite his size, he's always wanting to hit someone. Love his attitude.

He reminds me a tiny bit of Charlie Garner. Little guy but tough runner between the tackles. Doesn't have the best vision from what I remember but he is explosive. Doesn't have a ton of mileage because Cal has a Rb committee.

At this point in the draft this is exactly who you take a chance on.

If he is even an average KR/PR he is worth a 7th round. If he can avoid fumbles and stepping back across the goal line for safeties, that is better than a few we have had in the recent past.

I think he'd be a good KR. I'd leave the PR to Adoree. He seems to have the better skillset for those return duties.

Fits the LaMicheal James, D'Anthony Thomas spread types of undersized RBs.

They work in the Pac12 because everything is so spread out and up tempo, but then never heard of again. I'd be surprised to see him make 2nd round of cuts, nothing to see here.
