If a guy is tanking beyond analysis -- then yes it would make absolute sense...

prospects like Reuben Foster, Derek Barnett, OJ Howard even -- or let's say Lattimore is still on the board at 10, go up and go get him before New Orleans does.

In every draft, there is a shock dropping player - just depends who it is...

With the absence of talent at qb and ot this year, combined with the presence of talent at skill positions, secondary, pass rush and lb in this first round, i wouldn't be mad at all trading future picks (even a 1st), to land the right guys now. Imagine a situation that could land us 3 playmakers in this 1st round. I'm not saying it's something I'd definitely do, but its something to think about. This draft is seemingly loaded with what we need and deficient in the areas we don't need. I'd be all for having almost any 3 of the projected top 25 guys, outside of qb and ot.

Supposedly ran a 4.51 at his pro day. Could stay at CB.

    We're there favorable conditions there?

Regardless, 40 time is not the only reason he is more likely a safety.

i don't know the details I just saw it reported. Know speed is a big reason people thought safety.
