No income tax per se. If you have investment income you will pay a "hall tax" on that investment income, so it's not 100% true that there is no income tax. We have one of the highest sales taxes in the country (9.25%), but property taxes are generally not high, which you can tell by looking at our public schools. Keep in mind you pay taxes on where the game is played, but yeah, 8 games will have no income tax assessed every season if you play here.

I'm all in for Bouye. I think he's the real deal and in the prime of his career.

The Texans can't pay him I don't think. But if no income tax and a contender are a deciding factor, he could like the Titans or Seahawks, no income tax in Washington either. Not sure of their cap situation though.

I'd be perfectly fine with this. Fix the D in FA, and then essentially finish building the offense. That team is competing for the division no question. Then the following year get young defensive players and build the dynasty. In JR I trust!

I was all in for Ryan, but had switched to Bouye as well. Dude is a baller in his prime, and weakens a rival, like Ben Jones. This one signing alone would be a FA win IMO. He'd be here for pretty much his entire prime, back up that Brinks truck JR!

Seattle doesn't need him, what they need is some linemen

No, Seattle does need help in the secondary. Aside from Sherman, their corners are absolute garbage.

They have good safeties so the void hasn't been as apparent as ours, but it really showed itself last year when Earl Thomas went down.

But they still probably need OL even more.

def need linemen more, gotta protect the franchise QB

also once their safetys both come off injuries the CB depth wont be as big an issue
