I am thinking he might be even better at strong safety. The guy love the play physical, tackle, has great ball skills and a mean streak in him.

One of the better press/physical Cbs in the class. I could see the SS thing but his over aggressiveness leads to bad tackling technique that would need to be polished.

My notes from when I watched him:

    Quincy Wilson

Vs Missouri: Broke up pass on slant route. Hands on WR at the line, worked him outside into the side line. Bit on under route in stack. Allowed reception over top. Hands on WR, forced reroute, jumped the ball, INT. Pick 6. Strong coverage on curl. In the WRs hip pocket. Bit on double move and got turned around but was a run play. Came off the block and made tackle.

Vs Umass: Press man. Not getting his hands up on the WR. Comes across the field to help tackle a long connection. Running well with the WRs. Not often part of Run support. Takes decent angles but goes for an aggressive hit instead of wrapping up.

Vs Bama: Pressed Ridley at LOS. Bumped his route. Got behind on the route. Qb over threw him. Bumped the point man on the 2 WR stack, broke off and covered the other guy on the wheel. Was open but good awareness to adjust. Went low on RB but missed the tackle. Tried setting the edge against the run. Played a bit further inside, stiff armed to the ground. Beat on inside move after trying to bump. Broke down well to play run at LOS. Filled gap and dragged Rb down by his leg. Saw QB trying to get the edge, worked off WR and hit the QB, didn't tackle him but got enough of him to let another defender finish. Came off edge in run support. Had the angle on Rb. Missed the tackle.

    Final Thoughts:
Strong man CB. Likes bump and run but struggles to adjust if he gets beat at the line. Needs to pick and choose his battles. Good awareness to adjust on banjo coverages. Big and strong enough at POA to force WRs to reroute. Should be better in run support due to his physical nature but seems overly aggressive instead of technical. Doesn't bite the double move easily but gets tested there often. Not going to be impressively fast. Man/C1/C3 corner. Needs to refine his jab-drop.

    I thought that was Tabor...

Tabor is very unlikely to be a JRob guy, so I wouldn't worry.
