He really was, good chance not a single one of those new guys is here without JR running the show...

Webster would have never in a million years gotten us Murray for peanuts...

BTW, who was the pick we gave to Philly for Murray used on? Did they at least make out with a starter from that trade rape?

Looking at it for just this past season, I'll go with Ben Jones. The middle of the line keys the run game, and he was worlds more consistant than Schwenke et al from last season. Without that, we'd have seen Mariota in a lot more "must pass" situations, which, given our average-at-best receivers, would not have been good.
Long-term, hands-down gotta be Jon Robinson. His boldness, intelligence, and decisiveness haven't been seen in Tennessee in .... maybe forever!

For the present and long term, Conklin. He has a good 10-15 year run in him barring injury and assuming the team doesn't lose him in FA.

But I really like everyone one these guys you have listed. Surprised you didn't list Henry because I think he will push everyone.

Russ Grimm. That O-Line was the crux of this offense's success.

The fact that we have so many players to choose between, compared to years past, is the reason the answer in JR. But I picked Conklin since that wasn't an option.

Keeping the tradition of Titans worthless 2nd round picks going strong.

BDH as the latest 2nd rounder blew that curse away, and now with no 2nd rounder it will stay dead

JR is the best addition by far. The good news is they were all good additions but nice to see us finally sign a wr matthews that didnt suck!

I think it's too early to count him out. He may not be star for the team but if he can grow into a player that a Bruce Irvin was for the Seahawks in which he made an impact and/or difference. He will really, add depth and speed to this D. And he will make them better.

John took him for a reason. He has been right on just about everything else. Hard to believe he would reach for someone in the second round that he wasn't some what certain about. Especially when there were other needs.

Murray, because of his stature as a high caliber player

Rushing leader 2 seasons ago, trade came out of nowhere.. and he outperformed 99% of the league even though everyone wants to slob on Levesha's knob

    Murray's a boss
