I actually said he has talent and he's a good QB. I just think your basis for comparison by beating the Titans is not the best argument to prove your point. This D, specifically the secondary, is weak and needs a lot of work. Based on beating the Titans or even statistical success, Barkley and Kessler might be "future Hall of Famers".
I would also add that before Luck has that added to his name, it should be added to Philip Rivers, but the media doesn't do that.

Rivers is a gutsy guy, a bit emotional at times, but a gamer. Why he has stayed in SD so long with no chance of a SB amazes me. Of course, he turned down the Titans, so screw him. He, like Luck, has certainly done his damage to us though. Between the two of them I believe we have won just one game.

 

Except the Colts actually got better when Matt Hasselbeck went in last year

 

Rivers can play no doubt. I only used him as an example to how luck, despite how good he is, is still over rated. Saying he is a future Hall of Famer with 7 less years of pretty comparable stats and success isn't accurate when they don't say it for rivers. I don't think rivers should have it added to his name either but rivers should be "future Hall of Famer" before Luck. It's part of the media hype someone else brought up earlier.

nice tiny sample size anecdotal evidence. hasselbeck was also asked to do less. and there is the fact that luck was playing injured. in 66 games he's been sacked 151 times. that doesn't account for his 1300 rushing yards, much of which came from evading pressure. the guy has ran for his life his entire time in the nfl and still has 124 passing TDs.

he also has one of the most ridiculous comebacks in playoff history. i hate the colts but the guy is a beast.

 

Luck is obviously a very good QB. Over hyped IMO but very good
