    Super Bowl XLII took place in Glendale, Arizona on February 3, 2008. The game pitted Coughlin's New York Giants (13–6) against the undefeated New England Patriots (18–0) coached by Bill Belichick. The Patriots were favored by 12 points. The underdog Giants beat the Patriots 17–14 in one of the biggest upsets in NFL history.

    He was 64 years old at the time. Belichick was 56, about the age of Mularkey. Age is not a factor.

    The fact you compare a coaching record to banging a girl is just plain scary....

    A #2 overall in his 2nd year? No team in their right mind would get rid of him right now. Lol
    And no Sharpe is not doing ok.
    I guess we'll see what happens, my guess is Mularkey stays, new OC and new ST, QB coaches. If LeBeau doesn't use CBs and we continue to suck and think guys like Blake are the answer then he needs to go as well.

    A better female analogy for Mularkey would be, he's the girl that 2 of your homies smashed once and they go around saying she ****s like a dead fish and smells worst than one too.

    Then a girl you think is cute comes over to a party at your crib and brings her. You flirt with the cute girl but she ends up being a stubborn *****, so you kick her out but her friend stays.

    The party starts winding down, there's a few girls left but you don't really know them or if they'll give it up. So you just hook up with the one you know and just hope she learned how to use a douche within the past couple of years.

    But she hasn't, now the whole house smells like rotten *****.

    I didn't say get rid of him. I am saying taking him that high was a crapshoot with him having to learn a new system. It appears it's going to take a while. Sharpe made a nice comeback 15 yard catch for a 1st down against the Colts. He will get there. I am sure we address the defense in one way or the other during the offseason.

    I was comparing the ages of the coaches. He assumes because Mularkey is old he can't coach. Has nothing to do with it.

    I know mularkey can't coach because of his career

    His age is just the nail in the coffin

    @GrayGhost1951

    You might want to watch Miracle.
    Not alot of talent but coached very well. Herb Brooks got the absolute best out of the players.
