Stability and Stupidity

NFL wants the team to restructure it's ownership...

 

The only thing stupid in Titan Land was hiring Mularkey.

We hired a guy who has lost twice as many games as he's won and quit in Buffalo. We didn't even hire someone who was good enough to be a coordinator on one of the worst staffs in the league. We hired the damn TE coach to be the head coach.

The Adams' family is running this **** into the ground.

 

When would you fire him? Who would you get to replace him? I will add your answers to my list.

Nope...before this one began....HATED the Mulsuky hire

 

I wish that also, but as long as big Amy is sitting on Mularkey's face, he will be here at least this year and next. Our last four coaches have been a .500 Victor Newman Mustache having clown, a Oline position coach (not an OC or DC, but a Oline position coach), a quarterback whisperer (don't get me started with Whiz), and a two time fired coach.

 

That was the plan all along. He got a 3-year deal. Most HC contracts are five years. He gets this year and next. If things aren't obviously better after 2017 he's getting the axe. If we are contending he will be extended.

Its quite funny that ex-Pats coaches havn't had much success after leaving NE...

Don't get me wrong though, I wanted Josh over Mike from the start. And I thought JR would have hired him too; although 'he likes Mike', I think he was more so made to keep him than it being 'his choice'.

The way he's been handling the franchise since taking over - the whole 'out with the old, in the with the new' mentality - just makes me think he wanted McDaniels and someting fresh.

 

Not a fan of mid season firings. Doesn't really solve anything. But if the Titans win less than 6 games, Mularkey absolutely must go.
