What would you give up to get Josh Gordon on the team?

Exactly.

This isn't like playing Madden.

 

Desperation bring out the worst in a fan... And ultimtely had he been available, he probably would have stayed with CLE.

Still, major project or not, he isn't any worse than Pacman and if he turned his life around in CINI, why can't Josh. And Pac proved to be a very good player for them over the past years.

Watching the last 3 games, our WRs are as fault as much as MM, as is our OC. They are all intertwined.

I've just been quite unimpressed with MM, b/c a good QB can cover up 'less than great' OCs/WRs, but I know it takes time to get there, and proper development as well.

And the OL isn't that bad anymore, which is argueably the most important thing. And we have a run game too..

It just baffles me how we havn't had anything that resembles a #1 since Mason - magnified now so much more b/c its a pasing league. What a fricken joke by managment.

Like I said, I'd take a chance on almost anything at this point. I'm just tired.

 

Unfortunately we no longer have waiver priority, we're now 15th on the list. If they release him, i could see a desperate reciever needy team ahead of us like San Diego, Buffalo or San Fran grabbing his rights beofre we get a chance. I would certainly offer a late round pick to have him under contract for a few years. If he comes back half as good as he was, he'd still be twice as good as anyone else we have.

Waiver priority resets week 3 by current standings, not the results of the previous season.

So the Jags, at 0-3 have top priority.

 

It resets after week 3...goes by record now

 

The team with worst record in the league has #1 spot until this years games are played. We lost that spot Tuesday to someone worse than us (amazingly).
