Concerns, improvements

The concern this past game for me (aside from QB) was Cox. He was embarrassingly bad. Carr picked on him all game, successfully! At this point, he looks as bad as McCain if not Blake. It's time to put a young player in there. They can't do any worse.

McCourty wont challenge for a ball, he's good for exactly nothing but a tackle at the first down marker. McCain is probably the worst NB in the game today, and after that theres no one worth mentioning..

 

Have you watched a game this season? McCourty isn't great but Cox is insanely worse!

Man, I can't tell if you're just trolling or what. Your insight is not usually this off base.

 

They all give up yardage by the ton, but fact of the matter is Cox is the only one going for balls, everyone else just sits on their heels to not give up the big play..

 

So you say this because he is the only corner with an INT? I totally agree that our corners suck but if one needs to go it's Cox. There's a reason McCourty is our CB1.

 

This team will never make it anywhere with McCourty as our No.1

and thats not to say Cox deserves that job either but theyre both at best No.2's, thats really the one and only thing this forum will agree on..

McCourty is a sure tackler, thats why hes the No.1, and hes also been here the longest, consider him the new Michael Griffin, hes here just because he is..

Cox is a ball hawk, but will get burned badly chasing some balls, but at least he goes for game changing interceptions..

We lose week-2 without Cox btw... He saved us from an offsides call that would have gone for a TD had he not made a play, then of course the game sealing INT he had after...

Ask yourself what has McCourty done this year?
