Cornerbacks: Where do we go from here?

The year Chris Dishman left is the worst I have seen the secondary. We couldn't stop a third down to save our lives that year.

I would not get my hopes up on cuts. You can never have enough good CBs. Do not expect good ones to be cut.

 

How did the Eagles do last night against the ponies? Did you all put Luck on his azz?

 

At this point, any scrub cut is better than Blake and company.

I've seen some surprising cuts throughout the years, so I'm holding hope that we can at least bring in someone, anyone better than Blake or McCain.

 

I don't care where Blake is listed on the depth chart. He is the worst corner on this roster.

To make things worst, they tried to sell him as a good player cause he knew Lebeau's system.

 

Blatant lies!!!!! It should have been a sign that he wasn't starter material on a bad secondary Pittsburgh team.

 

We signed Mccourty back in 2012 what are you talking about and it's a team friendly contract especially looking at what some guys are getting now in FA.

 

McCourty had pretty tight coverage on Cooper, it did take an exceptional catch by him to complete that play. And McCourty is working his way back. Starting the season with Cox and McCourty I feel pretty ok. Blake obviously is a point of concern. I can't believe the staff feels good about him as depth or in sub packages.
