Preseason Game 3: Titans @ Raiders

That Spence hit.. OH MY GAHHHHHHH. Coaches need to find a way to get Spence on the field. He's played well enough to take Williamson or Woodyard off for a decent amount of plays at least.

Love the lack of penalties. Mularkey has this team disciplined

 

Running game is where I would like it to be.

Passing defense, not so much.

Oline is FINALLY coming together. Mariota had sooo much time. Warmack should be re-signed at the end of the year if he can continue his play. Spain won the LG job easy tonight as well.

Fowler looked great as well. Seriously love this guy. We're going to be in the i-form a lot because of him.

Murray looks to be great again. Cutting very good.

Mack and Irvin's name weren't called at all... Lewan and Conk did great. We helped out the side of Mack a lot with a TE/RB chip. In the regular season they will do a better job of disguising where Mack lines up but it was still good to see.

Defense is trash. Hopefully alleviated a bit if Lebaue gameplans but I'm not really buying that much. If Blake could atleast tackle it would be one thing but he can't.

WRs still don't get much separation. Raiders pass D is decent though.

DLine played great against a top 10 Oline. Casey gonna be Casey while the rest of them consistently got push. They had barely any run game outside of a couple of runs from washington.

 

Also first time we've had a real identity on offense in like a decade. That will go a long way. Much easier to buy into this program.

 

Surely not a playoff team, but way to put some hats on the ball.

Rams pick looks like a sure top 10 to me based on that roster.

I thought we did an overall good job on offense running game was good passing game helped moved th chains, Mariota converted some key third downs. 1st string defense was terrible though, as it's been all preseason. Run d did fine tonight but overall we need to shift our focus to defense because every team has scored opening drive touchdowns on us and easily.

 

Like what the offense is doing. 1st team had a TD or FG every drive, I believe...can't complain about that.

Defense, I don't like to see all the wide open receivers with no one even close to the play. Run D was pretty stout except for a few big runs.

ST seems like this team has been bad on ST defense for a while now and it's not looking much better.
I have no idea why Andrews was returning kicks.

 

Hopefully it's because we plan on cutting dmc

 

McCluster is punt returner. Hell, I'd even rather have him returning kicks than Andrews. But McCluster is on the team either way...
