Bingo....IMO it starts with the line. We HAVE to establish the run...otherwise, we are a 1 trick pony with average talent. I also think we need to draft a younger receiving tight end next year to groom under DW as well. Marcus showed amazing pocked presence and smarts for a 1st year guy with zero weapons to me...He just needs to fix his deep ball and fumbling.

And to expound on that, I think we've added some pieces to get excited about, but I have very little faith in our coaching staff overall.

Also like the idea of getting a good receiving TE next year. Gronk makes that offense unstoppable, Graham in NO the same, and the only reason the 2015 Titans weren't 0-16 was because of Walker. It'd be realy nice to see the WR group take a step forward so JR could look at a CB, then trading back a bit and getting the best TE.

I know...Fingers crossed.....New faces in camp, and a lot of pressure on DGB. I guess time will tell.

1st let me ask for a break on punctuation & grammar. Typing w/ my left hand. Grill blew up on me Saturday & right hand is toasted.

QB- Think MM will be better in 2nd yr. However, w/ this coaching staff I do not see him being the QB he could be; or that we need him to be.

RB- We certainly upgraded IMO. However, the oline will have a huge effect on the run game. How much has it really improved??

Oline- Not a lot has changed on the oline IMO. Still a rookie at RT. An upgrade, but new player at C. LG is gonna be Spain who is still a questionable starter IMO. Warmack is weak at RG. Lewan needs to be more consistent. Then we need the new line to gel. Every year we hear from the HC how important it is for the oline to gel. Yet Every year it is late when they name the starters on the oline.

WR- What a crap shoot..... Who knows who will be our leading WR??? I would like to of seen better reports about DGB; but it seems like last year is repeating itself. Sharpe, a 5th round rookie; has been noted by staff as the most consistent WR on the team!! What does that say for the rest of the group??!!

TE- Walker is a beast, yet is aging. It hasn't shown up on the field yet, but at some point it has to. Who is gonna replace him if he goes down?? He is our biggest offensive weapon IMO.

Defense- 2ndary was horrible last year; & little was done to address that IMO. We brought in several FA; but none that threaten to take a starting role besides Johnson @ FS.

NT- Was bad last year & we look to be starting Woods again.

OLB- Depth was a joke. Dodd will help, when/if he is healthy.

I want to be excited. I am glad football is near. However, the biggest question mark I have is HC. We look to be a predictable team this year. Can this oline really improve enough to open holes when the opposing DC knows what is coming? Keeping Mularkey pretty much squashed my hopes for this season. I hope he proves me wrong. I really want him to finally show he is capable of producing a winning team. However, till I see it; I have little faith it will happen.

I hope so, but it'll be a battle... all 4 teams will be much better than last year IMO.

Hopefully Luck gets hurt again :beerbang:

I'm just excited for football season in general and I think the Titans will be better than they have been the past 2 years. I still expect us to only win 5-6 games but I'm still looking forward to see how we develop as a team.
