Which is why he should of gone to the Spurs (better coaching). He will get better looks in GS's offense though. He gets contested all day long in OKC- so the game will be a little easier for him. I don't blame the guy one bit for wanting to win a ring. Why the hell everyone thinks it has to be done while climbing a mountain and carrying a bunch of scrubs from a small town is beyond my understanding.

GSW also signed Zaza which might be their under-rated signing.

That's probably an upgrade. They definitely didn't get worse there. Lost some depth by losing both Festus and Bogut though.

    Punk move by Durant..

Totally have lost all respect for his ***** ass.

This is a ***** move from all angles. He may win a championship, but it will always be tainted.

Once again, a total ***** move.

Durant could've stay in OKC, went to Boston or Miami and would've had a chance at a title. It's not like Durant is playing for Minnesota or the Lakers.

This toothpick will totally change the landscape of the NBA now. With the roster the Warriors display now, it will be shocking if they even lose a game. They damn near look like the Western Conference All Star team.

Sucks for teams who try to build a team the right way.

Just go team up with your all star buddies now. That's the NBA for you.

Adam silver should not allow this, it's bad for the sport. Don't blame lebron for this blame the New York Yankees they're the ones who started this idea of getting all the all stars on one team.

I blame the rules rather then Durant/GSW. What was Durant supposed to do? Not go to the most talented team in the league? Hes not supposed to go to them because they're good??

Max contracts % need to be raised. Superstars not getting their value right now, makes it easy for teams to get 2-3 max contracts on the same team.

Max contracts need to just go away and a hard cap needs to be instituted. The Larry Bird rule needs to get the axe too.

If the Celtics want to pay KD $400 million over six years they should be allowed to make it fit under their cap.

I disagree with you here. Most NBA champions have been built with player advantages, and even then it sometimes does not work. Are you going to say that Magic, Worthy, and Kareem were giving the NBA a fair shake? Look at the Spurs, Miami, or the Celtics for that matter. All built through Super Star players. The only team that didn't in my eyes was Dallas through Dirk. Building a team the "right" way means signing the best players you can get. To be honest, the Warriors have been weakened defensively this offseason, especially on the boards. You have to have someone grab the misses out on the floor. There is no guarantee at all that KD will fit into this offense either. Oh, and props to GS for playing big boy team building with the much larger powerhouses from years past! Now, if only my Jazz could get on board with this type of thing...... I think KD was tired of playing with OKC for a lot of reasons- some we will never know. His ring is certainly not guaranteed, and it was HIS decision to make.
