He better have learned that you don't move Murray laterally...We saw how that ended up for Philly....

Nah...I think he would be fine on a toss where he can cut and go.....The problem with Philly, was that they had a scheme/o line that was used to rolling Lateral...not to mention, their line was beat up...Chip Kelly was a cancer to that RB core....

 

To JRob: Who is going to be our HC next year and when the new HC brings in a new system how does that affect our current year's draft picks?

 

I think obviously the most effected would be Henry (depending on Run system)...I think Conk, Dodd, and Johnson are fine...Anything after them, is a crap shoot anyway...

Mularkey has said hes going to be running a BALANCED game many times in interviews, smash mouth is probably meaning hes going to run the ball up the middle. The exotic part probably will be mariota being able to run and pass on the go, just my guess but it probably will be balanced like all of Mularkeys offences are.

 

FWIW every coaches dream is to deploy a balanced offense

 

IF there appears to be a Johnson or Jones that shows up, then I suppose I would be ok with that, don't see any that dominant from last season. Just for comparison though:

is a much better WR corp. Walker alone makes it a huge upgrade and Wright has already shown he can make big plays from the slot.

2008 running game was
CJ 1200+ and 9 TD
White 775 and 15 TD

Need to have success out of Murray and Henry/Sankey/Titans RB other
and the Defense has to be competitive.
