Google man! You can do it! Yes, his girlfriend is definitely NFL QB quality.

The examples of qbs who have come in and DEVELOPED a long ball are so few and far between, don't hold your breath. I think we have the next Alex Smith, but only if he can learn how to hold on to the ball. The excessive fumbles in limited play screams OH NO. But I am still holding out hope Mariota will be a great NFL qb.

Someone got pissed at me last season because....

I walked into the kitched to get a drink and heard the commentator yell "FUMBLE".... and without seeing, hearing, or knowing I said "DAMN MARIOTA".... and of course it was Mariota fumbling the ball. You dont even need to see, just hear fumble and chances are very very likely Mariota will be the culprit.

So you are the one guy in America who thinks Mariota has a good deep ball then?

I am sure it has nothing to do with titan blue color'd glasses.

My parents are huge Chiefs fans, so I've seen quite a bit of Cassel. He isn't the type of QB you want to teach Mariota how to throw a deep ball. In fact, I think one year Cassel led the league in least completions over a certain amount of yards. Although, in his defense, he didn't have a good cast of receivers.

When did I say his deep ball was all that great?
What I said was that BS video that the butthurt FSU fan posted was junk, and not a decent representation of his passing ability. Especially when the very first throw in it is the one that DGB quit/hitched on the route 2-3 steps before the ball arrives.

There's a number of balls in that video that travel well over 40 yards. But they're to receivers that actually get some separation, or that he had enough experience with to trust.
This crap that he can't throw a pass 45-50 yards is just that. Crap.

I think what he meant was that the issue is not because of a lack of arm strength. He just needs to work on accuracy down the field. Geez its not like our WR's are known for being vertical threats. We have a bunch of possession WR's who are hardly good enough at that.

"Here, let me show you a highlight tape, don't worry, it's not biased."

TIL "some separation" means wide ****ing open.

These are the deep balls from the video you posted, so there is no cherrypicking on my part. All I see is guys running wide open from busted coverages or DBs being outmatched physically. NFL open is not five yards. NFL open is a guy in the hip of the WR with the possibility of making a play on the ball.
