Give the kid a chance, there are just as many early round busts as there are successful late rounders.

    Priest Holmes UDFA
    Trent Richardson 3rd overall
    Ron Dayne

    Let's see what he's got

As an Alabama fan, I absolutely loved the pick. From a pure football standpoint, it was a little questionable. There were some guys there that I would've loved, but I do think Henry can succeed in the Titans' scheme. Most people only watch Henry when evaluating his college tape. Go back and look at the defenses when playing Henry. Over the course of a game, he literally takes their will away. It's pretty amazing to watch. Between him and Murray, I think the physical style the Titans want to implement will have be wildly successful.

Agreed....I don't think it was questionable though...It was their 3rd second round pick...Half way through....All they had in the cupboard was a 28-29 year old Murray coming off of a bad year, and jack squat behind him...When you draft a run mauler like Conklin and change your scheme to go power run, you had better provide the tools to do it...Just imagine trying to run that scheme with Bitchup Stankey or slow a$$ Andrews/Cobb...It was a must where he fell based on value and need in their eyes...I can't argue the pick. Not to mention, they don't have a second next year.

Dunce Wayne is totally against this pick! What greater endorsement for the pick? The village idiot hates it! Dunce would have hated the Eddie pick in 1996 when he was riding the short bus to 3rd grade clay class.

Of course there are 247 lb backs with primo acceleration all over the late rounds. Just start naming them.

RB is always a boom or bust type risk but the boom potential is insane. This guy is highly unusual.

I disagreed from the beginning with the idea that this was a throwaway type pick. Henry was worth the pick even if it was our only pick in that round.

We could have taken a mediocre CB prospect or a potential mega stud RB. It was the right pick.

You are a moron. Name a 247 lb back with speed we could have drafted in the 5th rd. Idiot. You just hate him because he is from Bama.

    Hopeful more than anything.

I don't get the "I'm sold" attitude towards him. Two injuries, ten fumbles in 12 games(an issue dating back to college), and four really great games versus eight average to below average games.

He was on a **** team, so it's impossible to have any idea.

I worry he's a lot more like Alex Smith than he is Aaron Rogers.
