As a Titans fan, pretty cool to see how heavily involved the Titans have been at these playoff games

Yea they wouldn't have called that on SJ. And if they did, they'd call us for embellishment, which I've learned is the dumbest rule in the history of mankind.

I got tickets for game 6... Glad I got them when I did because they keep going up in price by the hour.

Rate my post bullsh*t if you want doesn't change the fact the sharks had a completely legal goal in overtime. It wasn't goalie interference and the argument for it is weak.

Yeah and the argument for the tripping call that allowed the go ahead PP goal being legit is weak.

Point is no one call determines a game or "robs" anybody. Shares had plenty of opportunities to win other times and didn't get it done. Rinne was phenomenal.

A good goal being nullified in overtime most definitely does change a game and it indeed a robbery.

Bad penalty's happen all the time but a legal game winning goal being called back is very much worse than a bad tripping penalty.

Nah- if you go down that line of argument its logical to say both bad calls resulted in an erroneous goal.

And you make two bad assumptions. First that there were not missed calls prior to that call that would have also changed the game, which is inconsistent with your logic that one call did change the game. And second, that the interference call was indeed bogus. I've heard experts say it was the right call.

Which brings us back around full circle to my prior statement that a single call by the refs really can not be assigned blame for a game outcome because the game outcome is a summation of nearly an infinite number of factors.

Whatever it was a good goal that got taken back for weak reasons that doesn't change. Game should have been over in the first overtime if it happened to the Preds you wouldn't be arguing otherwise.

No- I wouldn't blame a loss on a single call.

And the refs reviewed the play extensively from multiple angles, and had an extensive conversation. So your assumption the call was wrong wasn't shared by the expert officials.

By the book that call was wrong it literally came down to if the refs thought there was intent. And the opinion of the refs was that there was intent because he made no effort to get off the of the goalie. He had no chance to get off of the goalie he was pushed on him by the Preds and was still in motion when he tapped the puck in.

The reality of it is the refs and the nhl didn't want a very intense game to end on a call like that. It is what it is the game is over the series is tied if the Preds come back to win this series which frankly i hope they do you could pinpoint that call as the start of the swift towards the Preds.
