It's the offensive line's job to open holes for the running back. Henry's decisive when he hits the hole. All he needs is a brief moment of daylight and he's at the second level where he's a monster. If the line that we've so heavily invested in can do its job he'll be fine.

Whats funny is the other teams already know hes going to run the ball that's all alabama does yet still gets 5+ yard avg a game even with up to 8 in the box lmao and some 40+ yard runs a game yet hes still trash lmao.

Blount sucks. Punched a guy in the face in practice and a sizeable portion of the fanbase is sad we cut him. Guy is a JAG and punches a teammate in the face. K.

    He has no burst?

Best 20 yard time of any offensive player in the draft this year.

His problem lies when he has to make quick cute laterally. But he has plenty of burst and speed. He gets to top speed quickly too.

Now don't get me wrong I don't think Hemry is going to be a superstar like he was in college. His lateral quickness is a real problem and if he has to dance in the backfield or at the first level he can get in some real trouble. I think he will be an average NFL RB. Chance of being a little more with the right scheme and line in place.

But to say he has no speed or burst is obsurd. One thing Henry can do is hit the hole with acceleration. He has straight line speed and can outrun people as well. But when he has to move side to side he is in trouble. It's hard to move a 6'3 240 lb body going full speed out of the way of another man.

Gonna see Murray leave next season. We need to get a nice complimentary back for Henry

In '14 his pass protection was pretty crummy, he wasn't being ran into the ground tho and his burst was substantially better. Definitely a fresher back overall. '15 his Pass pro became nice like you would expect. But he had lost some of that same shiftiness from the previous year. Obviously getting 400 touches was affecting him.

He needs to be a 200-250 touch guy. He needs to close out games in the 4th quarter. Hopefully the split is so. A fresh Henry in the second half is a dangerous weapon

So, two backs, like most other teams.
