i havent digested every pick. But overall I'm pleased with how JR approached it. Even the DH pick seems smart now although I wanted Alexander or Fuller.

JRob did exactly what he said he was going to do. He drafted a bunch of physical guys who love to play the game. They aren't sexy picks but he got guys who all will come in and bust it for the team. They will compete day in and day out to make this team better. JRob isn't losing sleep wondering if these guys are wearing the bong mask. These guys have proven to be hard workers and impact players on the college level. They are known for their physicality and that is what Jrob promised

Everyone is upset that we didn't address the CB position early. Obviously JRob felt that the teams bigger problem was with the front 7. Improve the front 7 and your backend will be better. Johnson will help improve the run stopping ability of our defense and Dodd will be that extra rusher to come in on pass rushing downs and give us insurance for when Orakpo and Morgan get hurt because history says they will. Henry is a similar runner to Murray and it will allow us to have a physical running game into the 4th q. Controlling the ball will help our secondary out as well.

Only time will tell how things will really work out, but we should not be surprised by this draft because Jrob did what he said he was going to do.

Loved the third day today. The guard and two defensive backs in particular.

Thought Henry was a good pick. Anyone who was okay with our RB situation is crazy imo. Andrews Cobb and Sankey have no business being rostered on a professional football team.

Not sold on Austin Johnson, although a lot of people here are. Not sure if hes physical enough. Dodd is a late bloomer and was between him and Spence for best pass rusher on the board... I can understand going with Dodd. Backup OLB was a HUGE need.

love the conklin pick (and trade up). He will start at RT and kick out to the left if Lewan gets hurt (which previously would have sank a season).

All in all I just love that we're building an identity here. We will absolutely be able to run the ball next year. Next years draft we'll have extra ammo to really help the secondary and/or receiving crew.

I give it a B+, he addressed the O Line and built up the Defense, got a solid back up for DeMarco...I hope and we will see. I was just hoping for more weapons targets for MM8.

I agree but I'm A-. We obviously can't fix everything in a year, he picked high probability foundation/role player types. He also parlayed that #1 overall into a few extra pieces of draft capital for next year. And he made key trades at appropriate value and need.

It was refreshing to see the Titans guided by some solid GMship.

If you build the front 7 properly - you can get away with competition on the back end while not spending high draft Capitol on them. That's what we set out to do. Add Dodd and Austin to the mix of Casey, woods, Morgan, rak and blackson- a lot of movable pieces here. Austin reminds me a lot of Casey as well. Williamson, woodyard, spence, Nate Palmer and the rookie Wallace should make a decent rotation Inside.

The three DBs we took are competition for our team. If 1 of them makes it- we did fine.
