And I think you guys are forgetting- Manziel's family is rich.

Which is one of many reasons I thought he'd flake. NFL money is nothing to him... it's like someone handing you an extra paycheck. You're just going to blow it on something you didn't need.

 

40% Federal Tax, 6% State, 4% Agent takes a pretty big chunk out of that. He can't keep this up for too long blowing $40,000 on parties and stuff. He will go broke this way, and probably be cut off from mom and dad money too--imagine a trust fund or something.

 

Ma and Pa will probably set him up with a trust fund so he can't get his hands on it all at once. That is what I would do, until he matures.

I think it is a gang thing- most cartels mark their product so people know of its whereabouts and quality. 513 represents that I think. I just posted a pic of a kilo of coke as a joke, it just happened to have that mark (many of the images did). I do know that MS 13 is a known international gang that is notorious for violence and drug trade. Maybe that has some relevance with the picture of the kilo. After going back and looking, it may not be a 3, but it is certainly a mark from the maker letting the buyer know of where and by who it was manufactured.
