Tunsil is this years Randy Gregory. Dallas "gave him a chance" and I believe he is on suspension for failing a drug test. They don't call it DOPE for nothing.

We really couldn't do another Poutasi experiment; throw a player against the wall and hope he sticks. Our front office must have felt this is the biggest piece to fixing the O line.

    Welcome to Tennessee Mr Conklin.

Hey guy with whisenhunt avatar. Ask yourself why did Whiz get fired? Not protecting Mariotta. We've filled all those holes.

We have 2 first round picks next year and 3 seconds this year. #chill

Should have stayed at 15 and taken Decker. Gave up way too much.

Eh Conklin is eating your vegetables. Would prefer cake but eh I'll get stronger and munch down the broccoli. Nothing sexy about the pick, but whatever hopefully tomorrow we can get jacked up about so,e of the picks.

I don't understand all the greif over the trade up..... I mean we trade down to 15 for a ton of picks, we move back up to 8 to get a solid tackle, whether it be left or right tackle, and we still hang on to our 2nds this year as well as the extra first next year.... We barely lost any of the picks we received and don't have to worry about the tackle spot the rest of the draft.

Conklin MAY turn out a pro-bowler and shut all nay-Sayers up.

But a #8, #76 and next year 2nd (~40) is a REACH for him. He has to be a stud for years to come to make it worth it and not just a desperation pick. There was BETTER talent left on the board but it appears JR meant it when he said he wanted tough minded football PLAYERS on his team.

I'm not buying THAT much difference between him and Decker, Spriggs, or Ifedi who would have been available later than #8.

Surprised all the meh on this board. Jack Conklin is a great pick for a team that just got Demarco Murray. Best run blocking tackle available and likely would've been taken by the Giants. I assumed it would take a 2 and a 5 this year to move up to the top 10, so not loving fact that we gave a third and next years 2nd, but our 2nd rounders generally stink, so no huge loss.

A little much but I kind of agree.

Our defense/secondary is gonna be atrocious.

I understand needing to protect your QB, but it's now turned into borderline babying him. Pathetic.
