Should we move up for an OT? If so how far up and for who?

I don't want Conklin. He looks really slow like he couldn't stop a speed rusher. I'd rather have Decker than him. But totally fine with trading up into the top 10 for one of the top 2 guys if we don't give up more than one of our 2nds.

Heck no, only one player worth trading up for and that's ramsey.

II agree...I can see us moving up a bit for Conklin or VH3, but a big jump up would be for Ramsey only.

I agree with you here. If Tunsil fell out of the Top-5, which is possible... I'd be calling Baltimore at #6 to see if they're interested in a trade. I can't see him falling past SF at #7. #15 & #33 for #6 could get it done, would still have 2 2nds + 2 3rds to go along with Tunsil.

If by chance we don't go RT at #15 and Decker is still available in the mid-20s, we should pull the trigger in moving up for him, IMO.

Yeah I agree. They need to secure a solid RT to complete the line and to fit their agenda. It's going to be real interesting to see if Jrob pulls the trigger and moves up, or stays put. I think it all depends on who is slipping in front of them.

I'm pretty much convinced this team is not going DB round one. So if they do trade up, it will be for a tackle.

Then by the time they can address secondary concerns if they trade any of those 2nds, the players left will be ones who won't be able to come in day one and take or challenge McCourty/Cox for the 1/2 spots.

Then I expect Robinson, Hopkins, Hilton (insert any other play making WR we will face this year) to light up us up like the 4th of July.

We need a CB arguably as much as a RT. I think if a stud CB gets to them, they need to take him and roll RT next.

I feel this way too, but don't agrre at all on the fo, if that's the plan. A true #1 corner is what we've been missing on d for years. Yes, i know an elite pass rush can make a secondary look much better, but we don't have that and there's no one to draft for that. Instead we will again, get torched by bad throws to good wrs, again this year.

and you're positive beyond a reasonable doubt that one of those two guys will have a significantly better career than the next two guys? Is that a guarantee? Of course not. We never know who pans out. I'd rather not bet a second round pick to move to get what could be a marginally better OT.

And a good OT helps with run game and pass protection which keeps the offense on the field and defense off. Our QB got hit so many times last year. He has to be protected or he will be shell shocked like David carr. We need both OT and CB. But CB is deeper than OT.
