Josh Norman is a UFA

I don't think Jon Robinson is going to throw the bank at anybody. That's not what he does in free agency.

I'd be shocked if we even entered the running.

 

I want Norman bad but don't see us pulling the trigger. I think we're going to avoid overpaying for anyone as we build for the future. Although, we did pay for Murray.

 

I'll throw out the fact that was he was an absolutely fantastic fit in their defense and could have been a slight product of it. Still a talented guy.

Possibly so... would still be a big upgrade to our secondary, though.

 

One thing I like is that he never had good safeties playing over him, so it's not like he played under his guys knowing he had his top covered.

He'd have this same scenario in Tennessee lol

 

How much cap space do we still have?

I know we aren't even close to the 90% requirement, so we do need to spend big.

 

The Jags signed every other big defensive free agent and still have a **** ton of space to go along with a huge hole at CB. I would not be surprised to see him in Jacksonville.
