IDK, that's still budging off a precious 2nd rounder for you, and a potential foundation steal (T - Taylor Decker [or Jack Conklin]) for our line at 15. And for much, much less than what we'd be paying for Tunsil at #4....

We need that #33 in a bad way if we move up to land OT (most likely Spriggs) if somehow a top defender (Ramsey, Bosa, Buckner) available at 7.

If we give up #33, we have a draft gap from #4 to #42,#44 and that range is where the premium depth of this draft will go.

Well, I feel the only way you hand off a first pick (or two) in the 2nd round is if you get a situation like last year - where a team "not so far" down .the list wants to jump up. Last year it was NYG with their eye on Landon Collins.

    our 2nd-round pick (#33 overall) to the Giants for 2nd-round (#40), 4th-round (#108) and 7th-round (#245) picks. [2015 draft]

So I would have no problem with that kind of a trade again. And the fewer spots dropped, the more firm I am on it. (and honestly, if Derrick Henry drops -- I can see the same potential trade with NYG again... but I think Jon Robinson will be more demanding than Rusty)

Now the later picks we hold (43, 45) are more of a dealing option.

Me too. I hope he drops out of the top 5 so bad. I'd be perfectly fine giving up a 2nd and 3rd to get up there. If we trade with the ravens at 6 (1600), we'd owe them 550 points after giving them our 15. Our 43rd is worth 470, so then we'd only owe 80 more. We might be able to get away with just those 2 picks and maybe a 5th. We could (according to the value chart), trade all 3 of our 2nds to get back into the top 10.

If Davis wants to play and is healthy, I would love this scenario.

Man those 2nds are gold right now to us. I would hate to give all three up since we have other needs and depth issues.

"Make at least one more deal before the end of the draft."

He's really going out on a limb there.
