Don't get the Treadwell obsession at all. Good player, but we already have wide receivers with "potential".

 

Because we don't have a receiver that will go up and fight for the ball. Can you envision him and DGB on the outs and Matthews or Wright in the slot?? Then D Walk and Murray also.... With Legs back there? You can't load the box, you can't have to many one on ones... You have to have a spy at all times.... I know we need at Tackle we can get one in the second

My thoughts as well

I will admit I don't follow much college ball but from what I hear this is the worst WR class in maybe NFL History - ok maybe that's a stretch but it's mediocre at best. My buddy who follows a lot closer than me said Treadwell didn't even run at combine? And from what I heard he is the only WR in the class likely to be better than average in the NFL.

But is it really that big of a need at the moment? A long history of WR busts in Nashville or guys who flame out - I think they are fine rolling with what they got another year - and look to draft elsewhere, IMO

 

Just say no to Treadwell and Stanley.

 

Average? There's actually a slew of high quality WRs in this draft. But depends on the type of weapon you want. Treadwell would be a bulldozer on the outside run blocking, as well as a wr1 on most teams. I like Doctson more than him. Coleman runs smoother, Lucien probably has the best hands... I mean cmon guys

 

I envision Mariota/Murray/DWalker/Treadwell/DGB/Wright to be really no different than Mariota/Murray/DWalker/DGB/Wright/Matthews.
