VY wasn't the dismantling of this organization, management and coaching fights were. We had a triple threat match, Owner vs GM vs Coach and it turned out bad, surprise, surprise. Bud and Fisher did much more damage to the team than one player, like keeping Kerry Collins in to play like dog crap just to make a point.

Hoge also said Kellen Clemens would be a great QB that year, he wasn't even close to right on that. He can sit there and say 200 of the next draft picks are horrible and he'll be 90% correct. It's clear in the 2006 draft, Cutler is a better QB than Klemens that he loved so much. So while he can say "I don't like any QB, except:" he was still wrong.

Jaws said about two weeks before the draft last year that his Bucs sources were adamant that they were taking Mariota. And let's not forget he said Colin Kaepernick could be one of the best QBs EVER!

Hodge was right about Khalil Mack also. He said that he should go number #1 over Jadeveon Clowney.

Hoge is a douche. Steve Young is a douche. Trevor Matich is a douche.

I sense a strong pattern here...

That said, I agree with them time to time.

We can get who we want and pick up extra picks if the trade is properly set up. It is NOT rocket science. You bait an initial partner (whose spot is acceptable) and then bid it out. if you don't, you've completely wasted the value. Cleveland isn't taking Tunsil or Ramsey. We don't need QB. Other teams do and there a shortfall of franchise ready QBs. We've got several needs. We need multiple high picks.

Then who? He has the highest grade out of any player in the draft at a position of importance as well as need.... historically QB's, OT, DE, WR and RB's are number one overall value picks. If you say Ramsey then you are contradicting yourself. It's not because Ramsey can't play that I say this, I'm basing this off of draft history and Ramsey graded out as only the 4th highest. Tunsil, Bosa, Oakman and then Ramsey is how this class graded out... 96, 95, 95, 94 respectively.

I'm ok with Tunsil as our first round pick- just not our pick at #1 overall. I think we can get him at #2 or #4 maybe. And I'd be ok with other picks as our first, just not #1 overall. Point is- trade the damn pick.

Sorry man, but you totally discredited yourself. Last time a WR was taken at #1, 1996. A RB? 1995. The most recent RB and WR before these picks? 1986 and 1984 respectively. It's almost all QB. And "value" pick doesn't matter, that's hearsay.

I know you have a hard on for Tunsil. I'm not saying he won't be the pick, none of us know. There's only been 3 DEs since 2000, 4 since 1985 (to go at #1). OT? 3 since 1997, the previous one before that was 1968.

We're looking at a team who has a QB in place, they got their LT, so to say they wouldn't grab a CB "because it's never been done" is ridiculous. Look at the past. Most of the positions are ones the Titans have previously filled.

It's going to come down to who JR thinks is the best fit, best talent, and best for what he wants to build. At this point in time, we know he wants football guys who are team players and can play multiple positions. I've also listened to him talk about some prospects, he seems to get excited for some while describing others. Sadly, we likely will know nothing until draft night.

You lost me at WR and RB being worthy of a #1... but who the F has Oakman graded that high. He's an awful football player.
