Foster played as well last year and was a crucial component in a couple of Texan wins. Lamar Miller, while a solid back, is not an every down back. He's essentially like another Ryan Matthews. And a healthy Luck in the 2nd half of their schedule would have easily won enough to win the division.

You are aware that he played in only 4 games and rushed for 162 yards?
I mean I know those are great numbers compared to what tittan rbs rushed for lady year but?

And caught 227 yards. I would say nearly 400 yards of total offense in 4 games is rather valuable when you win a division by 1 game.

He played throught an injury. Who knows how well he could have played completely healthy. But there is no denying their 2nd half schedule was substantially easier than their 1st half, as far as defenses they faced.

LOL, slight improvement which costs your team elite money. Peyton Manning's jockstrap holder now makes more money per year than Tom Brady or Tony Romo.

    It's a joke.. But that's just today's nfl.
Look at Bradford, who certifiably sucks. Big contract. You just don't sign a QB with potential, skill, or hype for a reasonable amount anymore. Texans had no choice but to pay him that much.

The only way to get a potentially good QB cheap is to draft one.

At least it's flip flopped. It used to be the rookies getting overpaid and the vets getting hosed. This is better I guess.

If Brock was worth that money there is no way Elway would have let him out of Denver. He was average at best in Denver with a better offense.
